7 Myths About ZampleBox That You Need Answers For

We like to run ZampleBox as openly as we can, and we try to answer every question you have about us. When the same rumors keep coming up, we’d rather tackle them head-on.

Here are seven myths we hear about the Zamplebox Club, our monthly vape box, and how things actually work today.

Your flavors and picks

Myth 1: If a flavor you dislike shows up, you’re stuck with it

You’re not. Your ratings steer your box, and you always get the last word before it ships. If a pick doesn’t appeal, swap it for something else. If there’s a bottle you never want to see again, mark it “never send”.

It also helps to know that most flavors are more than one thing. A berries-and-cream juice might finish with a squeeze of lemon, which matters if citrus isn’t your thing. Rating individual flavor notes, not just whole flavor families, helps with that, and every pick comes with a short reason, such as “because you rated custard high”. You can see the thinking behind each bottle and adjust your ratings when a pick misses.

That said, it’s worth giving a low-rated note a second chance now and then. You might surprise yourself.

Myth 2: Your box is just random bottles

A Zamplebox Club box isn’t a grab bag. When you join, you choose your nicotine strength and the flavor families you like, then rate individual flavor notes. Your picks are built from that profile.

Myth 3: You can’t choose any of your own bottles

You can, as much or as little as you like. From your club dashboard you can:

• Swap or remove any bottle in your next box before it ships
• Add extra bottles to your next box
• Queue specific bottles for future boxes
• Mark favorites, and mark bottles you don’t want again as “never send”

If you’d rather be surprised, leave the picks alone and let the club do the choosing. Or mix the two: queue a few bottles you’re curious about and let the rest be a surprise.

What’s in the box

Myth 4: You barely get a taste of each flavor

Every bottle in the 3, 6 and 12 Bottle Boxes is a 30 ml bottle. For freebase juice that is the small size, and that is the point of a discovery box: enough of each flavor to know whether it is an all-day vape, without committing to a big bottle of something you might not like. The Big Juice Box goes big instead, with four bottles of 100 ml or more for members who go through a lot of juice.

Years ago, boxes were built around smaller bottles, and members paid extra to upgrade to 30 ml. Today that’s simply the standard. Read more in how to get 30ml upgrades.

Myth 5: It’s only for regular vape juice

The club offers more than one kind of box, so it can match the device you actually use:

Your plan, and who can join

Myth 6: Once you sign up, you’re locked in

You’re not. You can cancel anytime with no fees, and you have plenty of options short of canceling. From your dashboard you can:

• Skip a month or pause your box
• Change your ship date, or choose “ship now” when you’re running low
• Switch to a different box or nicotine strength
• Update your card or shipping address

If your bottles are piling up, skipping a month is often a better fit than canceling. If you’re running out early, a bigger box or an earlier ship date can fix that.

Myth 7: Anyone can order a box

The club is for adults 21 and older only, and age is verified at checkout. That’s the law, too: the federal minimum age to buy any tobacco or vaping product has been 21 since December 2019.

Boxes ship from Vista, California, to US addresses only. Under the PACT Act, USPS does not deliver vapes to consumers, and carriers require an adult signature on delivery. Flavor and shipping rules also vary by state and city and change often, so check the current rules where you live.
