Vaping to Quit Smoking

Vaping is one of many smoking cessation options that people use to quit tobacco.
The primary ingredient that makes cigarettes addictive is nicotine. The withdrawal symptoms smokers experience from not having nicotine is what makes quitting smoking entirely so difficult. For this reason, many smokers choose to use a smoking cessation option that delivers nicotine without all of the harmful carcinogens that come from burning and inhaling tobacco.
An option that has been gaining popularity over the past decade is vaping. Vape devices heat a liquid containing nicotine, creating a vapor that can be inhaled. This vapor is drastically less harmful than inhaling smoke and contains only a small fraction of the chemicals that traditional cigarettes contain. Vaping is also the only smoking cessation option that both delivers nicotine and mimics the physical motions of smoking. For many smokers that are trying to quit, this makes vaping the ideal option.
