News for Indiana, Arkansas, and Utah Vapers
This post carried news for our members in Indiana, Arkansas and Utah, and the biggest change hit Indiana and Utah. As we understood it then, both states had banned the online sale of vape products, which meant online retailers, ZampleBox included, could no longer legally ship e-liquid there after the end of that month.
It was hard news to deliver. Here is what we told members at the time, and how things work today.
What we told members
We thanked our Indiana and Utah members for being part of the ZampleBox family and told them, with truly heavy hearts, that we could no longer ship e-liquid to them once the new rules took effect.
We said we hoped to find new ways to serve them in the coming months, and we asked anyone with questions at all to reach out to us directly.

For members who wanted to push for a change, we pointed to advocacy groups:

If you want your voice heard on vaping rules today, your state legislators and members of Congress are the people to contact.
Where things stand now
State rules have changed many times since this post, so don’t treat it as a guide to current law. Federal shipping rules have tightened too: under the PACT Act, the US Postal Service does not deliver vapes to consumers, and other carriers require an adult signature. Flavor and sales rules vary by state and city and change often, so check the current rules where you live.
