Island Vibes set out to take your taste buds on a tropical vacation. The line came from the team at Cake Vapors, and we wanted to see whether its Pina Colada, Blue Tiki and Peach Bellini could actually get us there.

This is an archived review. Island Vibes is not sold on our site today, but the notes are still a good guide to the tropical flavors that are.

Short version: Blue Tiki, a pineapple, blueberry and coconut blend, was our favorite. Peach Bellini is a bright, fizzy peach, and Pina Colada is a creamy coconut all-day vape.

The setup: Sigelei 213 mod and a Goon RDA with stapled Clapton coils at 0.13 ohms, running at 100 watts.

Peach Bellini

Described as a mix of champagne and peach nectar.

This one genuinely impressed us, and as fruit lovers, it was right up our alley. The inhale is sweet and smooth with a hint of peach, and it finishes with a carbonated fizz. Honestly, it tastes more like a peach soda than champagne, but it is delicious either way.

Cloud production is great, and it is not harsh at all, so you avoid that scratchy-throat feeling some juices leave behind.

Blue Tiki

Described as a refreshing tropical blend of pineapple, blueberry and coconut.

Blue Tiki was our personal favorite from the line. It puts a fun twist on the classic pina colada, with a powerful blueberry note that pairs beautifully with the coconut. The inhale mixes pineapple and blueberry, and the coconut comes through strong on the exhale.

It is incredibly smooth and could easily be an all-day vape. The sweet, creamy coconut combined with the fruit makes it a good pick for dessert and fruit vapers alike.

Pina Colada

Described as pineapple mixed with coconut milk.

This is a rich take on the classic tropical drink, and it beat our expectations from the very first hit. Coconut milk leads on the inhale. The exhale keeps that coconut milk flavor and adds a hint of pineapple.

If you like pina coladas, or coconut in general, this could easily become your all-day vape. It stays smooth the whole way through, which makes it easy to finish a bottle quickly.

Final thoughts

All three Island Vibes flavors delivered on the vacation theme. Blue Tiki was the standout for us, Peach Bellini is the pick if you want something light and fizzy, and Pina Colada is the one for fans of creamy coconut.
