FDA Rolls Back Portions of August 8th Regulation
"Yesterday, the FDA made a ruling that rejected certain portions of the sweeping regulatory package of August 8th, 2016. Due to the legal intricacy of the FDA’s rulings, we aren’t yet entirely certain what the ramifications for the vaping community and industry are, but we are hopeful that this connotes a new, heretofore absent, willingness to take the will of the people into account as the FDA prepares to determine the future of vaping in the United States.

Let’s all take a moment to breathe a cautious sigh of relief before we get back to work. As always, we encourage all USA vapers to contact their legislators and urge them to protect the vaping community from regulations that place a prohibitive financial burden on vapers and on small vaping businesses.
